I was wondering what the normal RPM ranges are for the following speeds: 45, 55 and 65

My mechanic is saying that at 65, the rpm should be at 2300. I think that this is too high.

My experience on rpms at 40mph it should be at 2K rpm. Old school way at 5mph should be at 1K rpm
