1989 Pontiac Trans Am V8 Two Wheel Drive Manual 56.000 miles

i have a 1989 trans am i put to new fuel pumps and it still wont run any better it loses pressure and car wont turn on for a few turns does any 1 know what could b the problem ?????

Could be a leaky injector/s and fuel pressure regulator
