1985 Pontiac Trans Am Wont turn over

replaced battery, and car sill wont turn over. But The light that lights up the peddles comes on when the door opens. Also the horn works and the trunk poper, but nothing else. When you turn the key nothing happens. all fuses and inline fuse haven't blew. previous to this it wouldn't start in the rain, but its been dry for quite a while now.

No crank at all/nothing/nada:

Could be the starter/park and neutral switch and ignition switch assuming the battery and connections are good.
