License plate light bulb replacement?

I have to replace my license plate light and I do not know how to do it. Any help would be appreciated.

Take out the number one's that are screw's the lens cover come's off and replace the bulb.

I took the screws out and there is no room to get the cover off.

My information show's taking the screw's out and the lens come's off to replace the blub.What is the lens hanging up on?
