2005 Pontiac Sunfire EVAP emissions

my check engine light came on so i went to an autoparts store and hooked their computer up to my car and it said EVAP emission control leak(small) and the clerk at the store couldnt tell me what it meant i was wondering if anyone else could.

There is a evap selenoid valve u buy from the dealer for the emission problem that should fix your problem .

Hello,

Before going out and buying the selenoid.....

It sounds like you just have a small vacuum leak somewhere and they can be very hard to find.

Check all your vacuum line for cracks, split and dry rott.
