2003 Pontiac Sunfire Front Wheel Drive

one headlight is dimmer then the other i replaced the bulb and they told me it could be the ground wires that are they and how much will it cost to fix

If it is the ground wire, it's the black one at the headlight, splice into it and ground the other end on a sheet metal screw.
