Hello. My car is 5 years old, as well as the battery. I got up to go to work this morning and it wouldn't start. I had dim lights and was able to listen to the radio. However, the car wouldn't start. When turning the ignition all it would do was just click causing inside lights to flash. My sister came over to help me jump it, I am a female as well so this was our first attempt at this. We hooked it all up and nothing. All it made my car do was click even louder. I know we hooked it up correctly, my dad talked us through it over the phone. What could the problem be?

It's a sure bet you need a battery, and probably the cablesneed cleaning, do both and it should fire right up..
