Radiator fan not working causing overheating in stall traffic....and AC as well of course...pulled connection wires to fan and measured -- no voltage...replaced relay and still the same results...

Hi rkthumbs4, Welcome to 2carpros and TY for the donation Try powering both fans directly from the battery if both comes on -check below Your possibilities here could be one of the following are as follow the cooling fan fuse 30amp in underhood fuse block at left front of engine compartment, defective coolant temperature sensor and the computer-see below schematic diagram of the cooling system
