2002 Pontiac Sunfire pinging noise

When I turn my wheel sharply while driving, like into a drive way, or at a left or right turn, there is a pinging noise by the drivers side front tire.

What could this be? is it expensive to repair? Is it safe to drive?

hi could be the strut bearing , strut, bushing that hold you steering rack or has little as stabilizer links check the stabilzer link first foursmall rubber on a rod on each side front end car
