2002 Pontiac Sunfire pinging noise

When I turn my wheel sharply while driving, like into a drive way, or at a left or right turn, there is a pinging noise by the drivers side front tire.

What could this be? Is it expensive to repair? Is it safe to drive?

Hi could be the strut bearing, strut, bushing that hold you steering rack or has little as stabilizer links check the stabilzer link first foursmall rubber on a rod on each side front end car
