all of a sudden my ability to use my bright headlight setting is gone what could be the trouble I do have the dims and also the right side bilnker keeps blowing or shorting and the right turn signal does not work

Remove the multi function switch from the steering column and have it checked. It controls both of the items you mentioned. My guess is that it is bad.
