We have been having a problem with coolant leaking out. Today as we were driving the airconditioner stopped and the coolant shot up, and the power steering stopped. Upon opening the hood we found a belt totally off and covered in fluid. where shoud we start to fix it or find whats wrong

If the fluid on belt was coolant then replace the belt with a new one then pressure test the cooling system to determine where the leak is located.
Water pump is my guess.
Hope this helps
