2000 Pontiac Sunfire whining sound

whining noise gets louder as you rev the engine. replaced power steering pump, alternator, serpentine belt tensioner and it still does it. I'm totally lost. Any ideas what it could be?

It sounds like it was coming from near the belt right? Read my post earlier, 1997 pontiac sunfire, need help asap. We may be having the same problem in the end.
