2000 Pontiac Sunfire 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

I just had the head machined and reinstalled with new gaskets . Started the car up all was good for about 5 minutes then engine stalled and seized up?
What would of caused it to seize?

Lack of lubrication, too much heat, etc.

What makes you think the engine seized up?

Because when the engine stalled it just wont budge i tried pulling on the belt and turning the key nothing moving
And yes there was oil in the engine actually changed the oil after reinstalling the head.
Not sure why it would seize up like this.
