I have a 2000 Pontiac Sunfire. The motor blower (for AC HEAT) is not working at any speed. I believe it is not receiving any voltage. I tested the motor blower by connecting it to the battery and worked well. The relays and fuses are fine according to the tester. I also changed the resistor, but I dont think it may be receiving any energy either. What else could it be and where in the car can I locate ot?(If a part). What is the likelihood for it to be a wiring issue? Is it possibble to be the part where the relay goes? I tested each of the holes where blower relay goes and only one produced light in the tester. Does this mean anything?

Thanks!

Hello, you did some good testing. There should be 2 hot terminals at the relay, key on, heater controls activated. The voltage for the load side of relay is hot all the time. The voltage for the control side of relay comes from the hvac fuse 10 amp, that fuse circuit goes hot when you turn on the key. Did you check for voltage at the fuse circuit, key on? Then that circuit goes through the hvac controls.
