1999 Pontiac Sunfire turning signals

1999 PONTIAC SUNFIRE

When you turn on the left turn signal the right one comes on (but dimmer) and the dashboard lights flash...any suggestions? We checked all the bulbs and they seemed tight. Fuse problem? Please advise. Thank you!

well it sounds like the flasher fuse is faulty.
