1999 Pontiac Sunfire 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

i have a 1999 Pontiac Sunfire. When you push the horn there is a ticking sound coming from the dash board of the passenger side. We replaced the horn with a brand new one but it continues not to work. Any one have any idea what to do next?

most likely faulty horn relay which is what you are hearing, it is located on the convenience center, right side of dash behind the glove compartment
