I switched a 1999 2.2 engine, trans, pcm, Into a 1996. When I try to start the car it runs for 1 second and dies. I've turned tie "key on" until the theft lock light stops flashing and then tried to start and it runs for only 1 second. I switched the ignition key, spliced the wires and tried the "learn" theft lock twice and still the 1 second start and die. Any suggestions would be great.

You have to get the correct PCM with the same part number as the original one.
