1999 Pontiac Sunfire 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual 190k miles

for my sunfire, would replacing the factory air filter with a tornado filter have any benefits? and also, if i was to get one, how cold outside is too cold? its winter time. thanks.

If stuff like that worked the factory would use it. They spend millions trying to get the most out of their cars. What do you mean too cold outside? too cold for what?
