A couple of weeks ago my wheels started squeeking, but only when I turned right. Then I noticed it started making the same noise all the time. I then found grease splattered all up the side of my car from the front left tire. My wheel is not vibrating or anything, but it just stopped squeeking after doing so for a few weeks.

sounds like your driveshaft CV boot is faulty .. it could just be the rubber gaiter that holds the grease in has broken ,, you need to get this looked at ASAP
