my car has heat when i'm doing 35 and under but any thing over that i have no heat . what would make that happen

Check the coolant level and replace the thermostat and see what happens, also check the heater core

i replace the thermostat and coolant level is good how do i know if it heart core

Both hoses should be equally hot -not warm on one and hot on the other.

The heater core is where the heater hoses is connected to.
