Your car is not equipped with a cabin air filter. The smell is coming from fungus growing on the evaporator core itself from the moisture. If you can access the core at all, spray it down with Lysol. You might be able to spray it up into the air intake under the dash with the blower running. It should suck it in and blow it on to the evaporator.
