Brakes problem
1997 Pontiac Sunfire 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic
my abs light came on and it made a strange noise and now it won't start. Car was also smoking

Could be two seperate problems. ABS problem could be a wheel sensor or other brake problem.
It should not prevent car from starting.
Try starting fluid in intake, if it runs a few seconds then a fuel problem, if not then ignition.
