1996 Pontiac Sunfire Fuel Injection Pressure Regulator

I need to replace the Fuel Injection Pressure Regulator which is starting to leak.

How do I get this off to replace it? What tools do I need?

If its leaking its no good it won't maintain the fuel pressure within the fuel system take the gas cap off and then remove FPR.
