1996 Pontiac Sunfire 4 cyl

my dashboard lights are going crazy, they keep flashing, my wipers are slow, my blower fan is slow, and my radio turns on and off. i had my alternator, battery, and starter checked all was fine. where is my relay switch??

This doesn't sound like any type of relay problem. Have you had the body control module tested?
