19mm for the lug nuts.

3/8 hex key for the caliper pins, channel locks or a caliper de-compressor for the caliper. Possibly a hammer if the rotor is seized to the hub. Some caliper lube to lubricate those slides, brake clean for the rotors, some sand paper to clean some surfaces and you should be good.. Possibly a flat head screwdriver for the pads because I'm pretty sure they clip onto the caliper.
