1995 Pontiac Sunfire turn signal

Hello, my turn signals have been getting slower and slower and now they are completely out. My flashers work great and all the bulbs are good. I recently had a machanic leave the ground wire disconnected so I went through an alternator and the daytime running lights on my dash always flash even though I do not have them. I can deal with that but I need turn signals. Can you help

I would still look at or replace the flasher fuse, the hazzard lights will still work if the flasher fuse is bad
