1994 Sunbird turn signal

1994 Sunbird, turn signals stopped working. Hazard lights still work fine. Fuses okay, bulbs okay. Replaced flasher and turn signal switch, still nothing. Any ideas?

Check for power at the bark blue wire on the flasher mounted on the steering column under dash
