1994 Pontiac Sunbird rear brakes

my rear brakes will on occasion lock up when i go to stop. the car has antilock brakes so this shouldnt happen. im not slamming on them neither im just barely touching them and the rear tires just lock up and slide. im not sure where to start. please help!!!

i believe thats the same thing my dad and i are going through, and its the Wheel Cylinder.
