1994 Pontiac Sunbird Two Wheel Drive Automatic

I am looking to purchase a Pontiac Sunbird 1994 extremely inexpensively for my daughter. the person selling says it may need fuel filter changed and sway bar link. I would like to know generally if these problems were fixed what the cost would be

Probably 1 to 2 hours of labor if that plus 25.00 for links and 15-20 for the filter.
