1994 Pontiac Sunbird 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

i just replaced my ignition tumbler and the fan and all the lites will turn on but the car wont turn over at all and you get shocked when you touch the key. whats the deal?

Interesting, because a DC current usually can't be felt unless it is really powerful, and that isn't the case from the battery.

As far as the no start, check to make sure the linkage is properly attached to the tumbler and is turning the ignition switch far enough (to the start position).
