the car suddenly would not start one day and i'm not getting any spark from the spark plugs so i thought it was the ignition module so i replaced it and still no spark i also noticed that the battery was dieing while i was trying to crank the motor so i jumped it from another car to see if it would help and no change could the alternator not be charging the ignition coil or is there another issue that could cause this problem

No snapping blue spark continue to troubleshoot the ignition system-power input to the coil/coil packs, coil's resistances, distributor pick-up coil, ignition control module, cam and crank sensors and computer Note: If it doesn't apply disregard it
