while driving on the street, the engine died. It will not restart, its frozen up and is dead. I put a wrench on the crank pulley and it makes about a 15 degree turn each way and stops. Unless you have heard of an oddball reason why the engine won't even turn over, what other engines can I look for besides a 93 pontiac 2.0, to put back in the car. Availability on the same replacement engine in my area is zero.
