1992 Pontiac Sunbird no spark

There is no spark to the plugs. I have replaced ignition module, coil pack, crank shaft sensor, and I still have no spark.

I have been told to replace the ECM but I don't know how to know for sure if it is actually bad.

Could be the computer-also if the computer is not picking up the CPS signal it will not tell the ignition module to fire the coils.
