1992 Pontiac Sunbird broken off bolts where exhaust connect

1992 Pontiac Sunbird 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

The bolts broke off when trying to remove exhaust from manifold. What is the easiest way to get these bolts out? What tools would be required and how long will this pocedure take. Thank you for your help

Is it a blind hole? Is the bolt broken off even with the hole? They make left hand drill bits. You could also try an ease-out. The autostore sells them.
