1991 Pontiac Sunbird not heating properly on high

Heater problem
1991 Pontiac Sunbird 4 cyl Automatic 893331 miles

My cars heater is not working properly. Ive replaced the blower moter. before i replaced it,when the heater was on and i hit a bump it would make a gringing noise but it heated properly. now it dosent grind but when on high the heater dosent blow high.. what could be the possible fix to get it blowing high on high.( heat barly reaches me let alone back where my daughter rides) and i am afraid my mr. fix it might look in the wrong place.

Check if it has a Hi blower motor relay if not replace the blower motor resistor
