1991 Pontiac Sunbird Loud noise coming from inside the dash

1991 Pontiac Sunbird 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual 200k+ miles

I was driving today and my car started making a loud buzzing sound, nothing changed, my rpms/ gauges stayed fine, no problems from the engine. It sounded electrical, but my lights were still on, nothing changed except this irritating buzzing sound. I wanna say three minutes or so it stayed on then turned off, I didn't touch anything. Is this some kind of warning from the computer. The car isn't showing any codes.
