Hi there, I have a question for you. When I start my car I have to press the gas peddle to the floor and hold it, in order for my car to start, after the car starts, I smell gas in the car. What can I do to fix this.

i also noticed that the car will start high if you keep the key turned over till it starts, the rpm will shoot up to almost 3000 rpm, after driving the car to say for work, shopping whatever, i then have to pt the peddle to the floor to start it then i smell the gas.
