I bought the car for 300.00 so I know it will have problems and I am Ok that. The car Idles at around 3500 to 4500 RPM's in neutral so to play it safe I changed plugs, wires, rotor, and cap. No fix. looked for a vacum leak found a couple and fixed them ( one was a hose that
I could not find where it went so I pluged it) RPM came down to the speed in the beginning of this question. Could it be the IDLE AIR CONTROL VALVE. or could it be that and something more
