My son has a 1997 Pontiac Bonniville SE with 150,000+ miles that has serious electrical issues. The only exterior lights that work are the day running lights, the headlights, and the brake lights. The hazards work, but not the turn signals. Additionally, the lights that illuminate the instrument panel at night are not working. The fuses have been checked and appear to be good. What could I possibly do to isolate this serious electrical problem :?

You'll need to get a test light out and do some checking. In the site you will find access to wiring diagrams. You will need to check for power leaving the headlight switch to the dash lights. Also find the location of the flasher for the turn signals and check for power on one side while the turn signals are on. Get back to me with what you find
