2004 Other Pontiac Models Preformance

What can I do to increase preformance that seems to be lacking? I have a 2004 GTO i replaced the headers with Kooks 1 3/4 long tubes and the intake with a K&N. What seems to be the problem is it doesn't want to go..it like bogs down till Rpm get up high.Please help...

have you changed the cam? if so or even if you havent check your vacuum.
