2003 Other Pontiac Models Vibe has pulsating vibration when

The front passanger side tire hit a curb denting my rim a bit. Could this cause a vibration when I accelerate that pulses? I can really notice it when I am going between 40 and 55 mph.

Yes.

If you are lucky you may just get a rebalance (if it can be balanced).

You should also check the tie rod ends, ball joints, control arm and bushings for damage.

More than likely you will have to replace the rim.

Take it to a reputable alignment shop to check for other damage.
