2005 Pontiac Montana Blocked drain

The drivers side fllor remains wet and I think it is a blocked air conditioner drain. Where is the drain and how can I fix this

If you look under the hood on the firewall (passanger side) you will see a black rubber hose going nowhere. Move it around because the clog usually happens right at the end where dirt can get.
