2004 Pontiac Montana brake ligths stuck on

my brake ligths are stuck -----pull the fuse & they stay on--------

pulling the fuse has to disconnect the brake light's circuit so obviously you're not removing the correct fuse. the main issue is most likely a faulty brake light switch though.
