2003 Pontiac Montana 4 cyl All Wheel Drive 13000 miles

WHEN TRIING TO START THE VAN. IF YOU BARELY TURN THE KEY IT WILL TRY TO START BUT WON'T ON THE FIRST TRY. IF YOU DO IT AGAIN IT WILL START ON THE SECOND TRY AND RUN PERFECTLY FINE. IF YOU TRY TO START IT NORMALLY IT WILL JUST KEEP CRANKING OVER AND WON'T START AT ALL IF YOU WAIT A LITTLE WHILE YOU CAN REPEAT THE ABOVE PROCEDURE AND IT WILL START. HAVE REPLACED BOTH CRANK SENSORS, CLEANED THE IAC HAD THE ECM CHECKED, REPLACED IN LINE FUEL FILTER ABD THE FUEL PRESSURE REGULATOR. ANY IDEAS, IT IS THE WIFES VAN AND SHE HAS TO CARPOOL KIDS SO ANY SUGGESTIONS WOULD B HELPFUL

If you turn the key easy and it works, it sounds like the ignition switch is going bad. Has it been checked?
