the valve rocker arm bolt has two passes. first time tighten to 14 Lb Ft (19 N.m) , second pass is an additional 30 degrees.
for the valve rocker arm cover bolt tighten to 89 lb in. (10 N.m)
for the valve rocker arm cover bolt tighten to 89 lb in. (10 N.m)
