How do I change the fuel level sensor. Is it on the inside of the tank or on the outside

Inside, mounted on the fuel pump, you may have to buy a new pump.

Why do you say that is there danger to damaging the pump when I change the sensor

Its usually cheaper and saves a lot of hassle when buying a new one, theres no danger your goign to do to the pump.
