1999 Pontiac Montana lights

I have no dash board lights, tail lights, fog lights, running lights. The van also makes a dinging noise off I turn off the van and remove the keys.

Check or replace the light control module. In GM's it may be nessecary to replace the body control module, and for this you will need to know the VIN, then you will need to know a long list of programming steps!
