where is the fuel pump reset switch on a 1999 pontiac montana. I ran out of gas and now it will not start after putting gas in it

There is no reset switch. If you think it is a fuel problem, you can spray carb cleaner or some starting fluid in the throttle body then crank it to see if it is indeed a fuel problem. It may be ironic that your fuel was very low and the source of the problem is not a low fuel situation.
