How do you remove the horn bar on the steering wheel so I can trouble shoot why my horn does not work?

first check your horn relay it's up by the radiator or voltage regullator see if that is giving power. your horn ring grounds the circut so it works.sothere should be power going to the wire. If you really need the wiringdiagrami have it but i don'thave it at my side for now and will need to copy it to get it to you.
